About the role
In this role, the Residential Property Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Northern Gold Coast area & ensure smooths operation of our rental properties.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
processing rental applications & organising property inspections
coordinating maintenance and repairs where needed
ensuring prompt rent collection & arrears management
conducting inspections
advising landlords on market trends & rental strategies
maintaining compliance with all tenancy laws and regulations.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Min. 1 year Property Manager experience in the residential sector essential
Proven Real Estate Sales Representative course completion (Agent's Representative course, Certificate of Registration etc.)
Strong ability to build/maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants & tradespeople
Thorough knowledge of residential tenancy legislation & property management best practices
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
