What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and deliver flagship programs such as Welcome Evenings, Keynotes, and Lounge events
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, from curating guest lists and confirming venues to execution and post-event follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring engagement and value at every touchpoint
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and premium experiences
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Community Managers, and senior leaders to deliver seamless events
• Step in to support the wider team when required, ensuring continuity and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Event Management or high-level Executive Assistant support
• Exceptional organisational skills – you thrive on structure and deadlines
• A natural multitasker with strong attention to detail
• Professional and confident when liaising with CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders
• Analytical, decisive, and able to work autonomously
