We’re looking for a Sales manager to help drive our group-wide functions & events sales strategy. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the hustle and working with a great team. There is a competitive salary and a bonus structure for the right candidate.

What You Bring:

Proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry

Highly motivated and results-driven with a natural ability to close deals

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

Passion for hospitality, guest experiences and brand storytelling

Ability to work across multiple venues and stakeholder groups

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across function, event, group dining and corporate channels across multiple venues

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, corporates, agencies and community groups

Work collaboratively with Venue Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategy with business objectives

Represent Kickon Group with professionalism, energy and creativity
