We are an energetic and rapidly growing real estate brand based in Sydney’s Northern Districts, looking for a driven and switched-on Property Management all-rounder to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and care

Coordinating property inspections, preparing condition reports, and handling rental payments

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, responding quickly and effectively to queries

Overseeing property maintenance and repairs with trusted trades and contractors

Marketing and leasing vacant properties, conducting open homes, and securing quality tenants

Preparing and maintaining accurate tenancy agreements and compliance documentation

Driving new business opportunities and helping grow our rental portfolio

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of residential property management experience with proven results

Excellent communication and people skills—you enjoy working with both landlords and tenants

Tech-savvy and confident using property management software

A good grasp of the legal and regulatory framework in residential property management

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
