Cronulla Skin Sanctuary is looking for a Salon Coordinator / Receptionist who will be both the warm, welcoming face of our clinic and the creative force behind our digital presence.

We’re a boutique skin and wellness clinic in the heart of Cronulla, celebrating 20 years of helping clients feel confident in their skin. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dual role: front-of-house superstar + content creation.

What you’ll be doing:

Front-of-house: warmly greeting clients, managing phones, emails, and bookings.

Admin & coordination: assisting with stock control, schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic flow.

Content creation: filming in-clinic treatments and client experiences for use on social media and marketing campaigns.

Digital design: using Canva to design reels, stories, graphics, and email campaigns.

Video editing: using CapCut (or similar) to polish short-form video content.

Email & web: putting together email newsletters, updating content on our website, and ensuring promotions are consistent across platforms.

Collaboration: working alongside management, who will provide direction on strategy and written content, while you bring the creative execution to life.

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, polished communicator who makes clients feel comfortable and valued.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut (or similar), and social media tools is essential.

Experience filming and editing content for Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns.

Strong computer and web knowledge, with confidence in learning new platforms.

Organised and efficient with admin tasks, able to juggle multiple responsibilities.

A creative eye, initiative, and a genuine passion for both people and content.

Experience in salons, spas, or similar client-facing environments is a bonus.
