Fuchs Hair Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our team in Alexandria, NSW. As a casual Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our busy hair salon. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Assisting stylists with client services such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the salon, including cleaning equipment, replenishing supplies, and tidying workstations

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients have a positive and enjoyable salon experience

Performing administrative tasks as required, such as booking appointments and managing client records

What we're looking for

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients

Previous experience in a similar salon assistant or customer service role is desirable, but not essential
