ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for someone who’s as excited about people as they are about results.
As our Customer Happiness & Growth Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice, the first smile, and the first connection for new families — and the person who keeps them feeling welcome and valued long after they join.
This is a perfect role if you’re motivated by goals, love a challenge, and want to be part of a creative, fast-paced, and supportive team. You don’t need years of sales experience — we’ll train you — but you do need to be quick on your feet, great with technology, and ready to thrive in an ever-changing, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, making every family feel valued from the very first hello.
Confidently present our programs, prices, and offers so families can make informed decisions.
Follow up with potential students quickly and enthusiastically to maximise enrolments.
Keep in touch with families to ensure they’re engaged, informed, and happy.
Monitor enrolments and retention, proactively re-engaging students at risk of leaving.
Manage onboarding — set up accounts, send welcome info, and introduce families to the Off Centre way.
Collaborate with Directors and Reception to meet growth and retention goals each term.
Step in to support Reception when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Use our systems and software to track leads, follow-ups, and progress with accuracy.

Leads are followed up fast, consistently, and with a personal touch.

You juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines or details.

A people person with strong communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing.
Motivated by achieving goals and hitting targets.
Confident using computers and learning new systems quickly.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
A quick learner who wants to understand our programs inside and out.
A team player who thrives in a fun, creative environment.
