Compulsive Lashes Boutique is the north shores best Lash and Brow Salon, located in a newly renovated shop front salon in the heart of Wahroonga.
We are seeking highly motivated, skilled and reliable lash & brow perfectionists to join our lash family !

The position is casual with 10-30 hours per week on offer with the opportunity for permanent part-time or full-time hours in the future. Above Award wages apply for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

Perform eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume)

Perform Lash lift and Tint/ Lash filler

Perform brow services including wax, shaping, tinting

Greeting clients, taking bookings, making payments

Maintaining and cleaning work environment

Be involved in social media content

Job Criteria

Essential:

MINIMUM of 12 months lashing experience

Certificate of completion in Lash Extensions

Able to apply a full set of classic lash extensions within 1hr 45mins ( no stickies and 100% coverage )

Able to perform Lash Lift and Tints

Able to perform brow services such as waxing and tinting

Fluent in English

No visa working restrictions

Positive and bubbly personality

Willing to build a long terms career with us

Desired:

Handmade Volume skills

Previous managerial position

Drivers License and car ( salon isn’t positioned near public transport)
