Barber Porter Solicitors, is a longstanding, family-friendly firm, based in Coolum Beach. We a looking to add an estates paralegal to our current experienced team and will consider applications for part-time or full-time employment.

The roll will include:

Day-to-day running of estate administration files under supervision of firm principal.

Drafting wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Assisting clients over the telephone and in-person.

Correspondence with all parties including the client, other solicitors, the court and land title registry .

Assisting with other legal matters within the office where necessary.

Experience in estate administration is required, as well as experience using legal practice management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
