The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Administrator to provide essential support to our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a real estate background, perhaps a former salesperson, who enjoys the industry but prefers an office based position and has experience with the administrative side of the industry including legislative and operational requirements. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service our agency is known for, while also looking for further new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with current and past clients..
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage listing paperwork and sales contracts
Coordinate open homes and occasional on-site auctions
Maintain and manage our client database
Ensure compliance with agency procedures and legislative requirements
Provide administrative support to the entire sales team
Manage incoming and outgoing client communications, including phone calls
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
General office support and administration tasks
Looking for listing opportunities, client outreach and pre to post sale relationships
Mandatory Requirements
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
Previous real estate experience, minimum 3 years preferred
Proficiency with Vault, Pricefinder, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
Own mobile phone
Confident and professional phone and email manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently
Enjoys client interaction and has excellent communication skills
Loves the real estate industry but wants a role without direct sales pressure
Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, upstream thinker who solves problems before they can occur
Systems orientated and tech adaptational, with a future focus to business growth and development
