At Vanketo.co and Top Gear 2 Go, we design and manufacture premium, Australian made vanlife gear including window covers and insect screens. With 30 years in the industry, we’re proud to support van builders and customers across Australia who are chasing adventure without compromise.
We're looking to bring in someone who can take ownership of customer service operations and our wholesale (van builder) accounts. Our aim is to deliver a world class customer experience while creating repeatable processes for scale.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service & Wholesale Accounts Coordinator to support both of our brands:
Manage day to day customer service operations (email, phone, online enquiries)
Support and grow our wholesale relationships with van builders and trade accounts
Work under broad direction—taking initiative and showing ownership of tasks
Codify and improve processes for efficiency and scalability
Maintain a professional yet approachable communication style with customers and partners
What You’ll Bring
Native level English and excellent written and verbal communication
Proven customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Experience working autonomously with minimal direction in a small team environment
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Ability to document and create processes (SOPs, FAQs, playbooks)
Tech savvy (Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, etc)
A proactive mindset—spotting opportunities to improve how we work, not just doing the work
