Are you a claims professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for client service? Our client, a leading multinational insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate claims across multiple lines.

The Role
As a Senior Claims Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert claims management, advocacy, and support. You’ll manage complex claims from lodgement to resolution, liaising with insurers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure outstanding outcomes and exceptional service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate claims across multiple classes of insurance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and loss adjusters.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claims processes and client experience.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in insurer or broker claims management (corporate preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of insurance.
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex matters.
