EH Tax Accountants is well known an accounting firm with offices across Melbourne. We are now seeking a talented senior tax accountant to join our motivated and dedicated team. We are seeking someone with high accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner with our clients.

This is a full-time role that will be based in Officer.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing tax returns, financial statements, and BAS statements for individuals, companies and fund management accounts.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients by keeping in regular contact.

Creating and returning statements and documents to clients by set deadlines.

Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies when required.

Assisting our financial planners with any tax queries.

To be successful in this exciting role, you will:

Have over 5 years’ experience working in public accounting firm, within the business services arm;

Have experience in the preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for companies, trusts, individuals;

Have a solid understanding of tax laws and keep up to date with changes / precedents;

With have an accounting degree recognised in Australia;
