About the client

Our client is a well-established builder with a strong reputation in both domestic and commercial construction. They are currently delivering a significant project in Adelaide’s sought-after beachside suburb of Hove and are looking to expand their team with an experienced Site Supervisor.

About the role

WorkPac are seeking a Site Supervisor with a trade background in Carpentry/Building to join the project team. This is a permanent position working under the guidance of the Site Manager on an exciting long-term project that has already commenced, with an urgent requirement for placement.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations under the direction of the Site Manager

Oversee domestic and commercial building activities to ensure high-quality outcomes

Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Coordinate and lead site teams effectively

Support project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

Skills and Experience required

Trade-certified Carpenter/Builder (essential)

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor across domestic and commercial projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with the Site Manager and wider project team

Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
