Due to ongoing company expansion, we are seeking a Trainee Residential Site Manager/supervisor to join our team.

To be successful in the role you you must have a minimum of 3 years residential construction experience in the Australian (SA Preferred) construction industry. In addition to this you must meet the following criteria below

Prior trade welcome. Carpentery experience/ qualification is very welcome tpo apply.

The ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time and have gad some Multi Dwelling sites experence. Experienced tradies should apply.

Residential and local Building Experience is required

Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on sites

A proven background of project experience, works committed on time, on schedule and within budget without compromising on quality and safety

Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both other trades and supervisors

Ensuring jobs flow smoothly with a good relationship and network of other trades and labour in Adelaide

Excellent planning and organisational skills

A Current drivers license

A qualified Building trade and or Supervisors license a bonus.
