As a key member of the Projects Delivery Team, the Construction Supervisor - Residential Developments will coordinate all day-to-day site management activities including liaison with clients, architects, engineers and consultants and provide technical advice and direction to sub-contractors. The Construction Supervisor - Residential Developments will manage end-to-end coordination of build projects, including construction schedules, site activities, safety, and approve progress claims through to completion. You will also ensure that site set out, earthworks, drainage, roadworks, landscaping and building trade work are all completed in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. Managing construction work for efficiency through sequencing trades, materials sourcing, and providing technical solutions will also further streamline site activities.

This position will suit experienced Construction Supervisors and Site Managers who can demonstrate local experience in Construction Projects and knowledge in Medium Density and Group Housing Developments. Your resourcefulness and ability to lead complete group housing development projects from site preparation, levels and set out, structural construction, finishes and street-scaping will set you apart. Your Carpentry, Joinery, Building, Structural, or other Related Trade background will ensure suitability and additional certificate or diploma building studies or Australian building-code specific qualifications may further enhance your suitability. A premium salary package will be negotiated to reward qualifications, local experience and highlight the responsibility of this key appointment.
