About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for the Morgan-Whyalla Pipeline Project. Our involvement in this project is expected to span over 3+ years and offers a full-time, long-term role based in Morgan, SA & Surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for x1 Civil crew including 3-4 people & a concrete team of 3-4 people.

This position offers a 10:4 roster (10 days on, 4 days off) with 10-hour shifts (7am-5pm), providing the perfect balance between work and time off. We’re looking for a supervisor with minimum 12 months’ experience in the industry with leadership experience who can commit to the demands of this long-term project.

Intended Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Work closely with project manager to Supervise & coordinate on-site crews, subcontractors, and plant/equipment usage to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

Monitor and inspect civil works to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with WHS regulations.

Assist in preparing and maintaining work schedules, progress tracking, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.

Provide daily/weekly progress reports to project managers and communicate effectively with stakeholders, engineers, and clients.

Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly to avoid project disruptions.

Provide hands-on direction to workers

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in the industry.

White Card - Mandatory

Experience in leadership roles/supervising staff

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Ability to work well in a small team and follow instructions
