The Opportunity

We are working with a respected commercial builder delivering architecturally designed projects across Adelaide. Known for their attention to detail and collaborative approach, they specialise in boutique commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, typically valued between $5M and $30M.

As their portfolio continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a capable and motivated Site Supervisor. This is a key opportunity for someone with a few solid builds under their belt who is ready to take on more complex work and step into a well-structured, supportive environment.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain clear communication with the project team. You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and site team, and will be supported by systems that allow you to focus on delivery rather than firefighting.

You will be working on well-designed commercial and mixed-use builds in central Adelaide, projects with high visibility and strong design outcomes. These are not cookie-cutter developments; they require attention to detail, good planning, and someone who takes pride in their work.

Who This Role Will Suit

You have likely delivered smaller commercial or mixed-use projects (up to around $5M) and are now looking to move into more complex work. You are confident managing subcontractors, resolving day-to-day site issues, and maintaining momentum on-site. Safety is a priority for you, and you know how to keep teams accountable without creating friction.

Just as importantly, you are open to learning. You want to work alongside experienced professionals who can help you develop, and you are willing to ask questions, take feedback, and grow into more senior responsibilities.
