The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is working with a growing Adelaide-based commercial builder delivering fit-out and new-build projects across education, retail, and light industrial sectors. They are looking for a Site Supervisor who wants to take ownership of jobs up to $5M, work with a solid team, and build a long-term career in commercial construction.

The Role

• Run day-to-day site operations across fit-out and small new-builds
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to keep things on schedule
• Manage safety, quality, and site documentation
• Work closely with the PM and Director to deliver on time and to spec
• Get hands-on when needed – especially with carpentry and finishes

This role gives you autonomy on-site, while still being supported by a down-to-earth team who know what it takes to deliver good work.

The Ideal Candidate

• Trade qualified (preferably in carpentry)
• Experience delivering commercial projects up to $5M
• Strong understanding of safety and site coordination
• Good communicator – can work well with clients, trades, and internal teams
• Reliable, practical, and ready to lead from the front

If you’ve worked in Tier 3 or 4, or on smaller jobs within a Tier 2 team and want to run your own sites, this is the step up.
