Your new role

As Site Supervisor - Services, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the services package on a major new build project. You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance, and driving program delivery. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be embedded in a high-performing team and expected to lead from the front on all services-related aspects of the build. This is a full lifecycle role, from groundworks to handover, on a flagship $400M development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience supervising services on large-scale new build projects, ideally from start to finish
• Exposure to Tier 1 construction environments with a strong understanding of quality and safety standards
• A diverse project portfolio, with experience on builds up to $200M highly regarded
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or building services
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes under pressure
