The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through to defect-free delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing programs, budgets and project risks.

Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.

Managing subcontractor relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.

Overseeing site planning, construction methods and quality standards.

Conducting reviews of drawings, scopes, and specifications for buildability.

Ensuring defect-free delivery and managing clearance inspections.

Training and mentoring Assistant Site Supervisors or leading hands.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Junior Project Manager.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, SWMS, ITPs, and Class 2 building compliance.

Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.

Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Ability to manage stakeholders, subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
