About the Role
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Occupational Rehabilitation & Prevention Services
- Drive innovation in service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes
- Influence stakeholder engagement across insurers, employers, and healthcare partners
- Ensure SIRA compliance, ISO accreditation, and delivery of evidence-based models
- Inspire leaders and consultants to achieve ambitious KPIs & return-to-work outcomes
- Champion growth strategies including tender submissions, new service lines & grants

What You Will Need
- Allied Health qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar)
- Registration with relevant professional body in Australia
- Proven senior leadership experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
- Strong financial acumen – budgeting, modelling, and performance metrics
