The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead on-site operations and work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator and a Leading Hand.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Implementation and compliance with QSE standards

Site establishment and ongoing management

Program delivery and timeline adherence

Coordination of design and construction phases

Management of subcontractors and suppliers

Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 2 years’ local experience as a Site Manager

Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings

A clear understanding of construction phases and workflows

A proactive, relationship-driven approach to project delivery
