We’re offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team in Docklands as an IT Support Cadet. This 2-year cadetship is designed to give you the skills, certifications, and real-world experience to launch your IT career. Successful candidates will progress into a permanent role with us upon completion.

The Role

As an IT Support Cadet, you’ll be working alongside our experienced engineers and support team, gaining hands-on exposure to IT support, cybersecurity, and networking. Throughout the program you will:

Complete 8 industry-recognised certifications (across Cybersecurity, Networking, and IT Support) – fully funded by 32 Byte.

Provide IT support for clients, troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and networks.

Learn to support Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and critical dental software.

Gain practical experience in networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.

Progress through a structured 2-year training plan, with the option to fast-track and finish early if you complete your certifications ahead of schedule.
