Join our small team in this critical role supporting warehouse, assembly, and customer service functions.

We are seeking a conscientious and reliable individual who has an interest in developing their technical knowledge and internal sales skills. This role offers the opportunity to expand responsibilities over time, to provide support during staff absences and in the interest of continued personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general warehouse duties including receipt, picking, packing, despatch, and related tasks.

Carry out assembly and light service work on pumps, meters, and couplings.

Assist in the sales process by managing customer orders via phone and email during peak periods or as required.

Support the team during busy periods and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Forklift license (required).

Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and well-organized with a methodical approach.

Mechanical aptitude for light assembly and servicing tasks.

Computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Office and MYOB preferable)

Excellent written communication skills.

Team player with a can-do attitude.
