Greenham Tongala is currently seeking a proactive and organised Reception/HR Support Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering and forwarding incoming calls, greeting visitors and coordinating catering. You will also support the HR team with tasks such as data entry and assisting with documentation. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team and contribute to the ongoing development of Greenham’s strong safety culture.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, this is a full-time permanent position.
About the Role:
· Manage front desk operations including, greeting visitors, answering and screening incoming calls, directing inquires to appropriate personnel
· Coordinating catering orders and deliveries, setting up refreshments, and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use
· Support our HR department with administration, data entry, filing, recruitment and meetings
· Assist when required in completing payroll processing and other administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all Stakeholders within the businesses.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
An enthusiastic, team player with a keen eye for detail
Competent operation of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and MS Dynamics applications is preferred
Previous experience with payroll and attendance systems will be considered favourably
Previous experience in HR functions is desirable
