Office Administrative Assistant
📍 Location: Mulgrave

Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in financial planning? Join our growing advice practice as an Office Administrative Assistant and support our advisers in delivering quality outcomes for clients.

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for clients.

Prepare client review packs, SOAs, and reports.

Process superannuation rollovers, insurance applications, and investment paperwork.

Maintain client records in client data base and ensure compliance.

Liaise with super funds, investment platforms, and insurers.

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Clear and professional communication style.

Prior admin or client service experience in financial services (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; financial planning experience highly regarded.

Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Minimum 1-2 years administration or client service experience (financial services preferred but not essential)

Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy
