About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting qualified leads into sales for electrification, solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions. You’ll work closely with potential customers, understanding their unique needs and providing ethical, solutions-focused advice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building customer trust, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales across electrification, solar, battery storage, and EV charging products.
- Provide ethical and transparent advice, highlighting the tangible and intangible benefits of our solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has the right to work in Australia.
- At least 3 years' experience as a salesperson.
- Excels at listening to and understanding customer requirements.
- Has a strong commitment to using CRM tools and following up with customers.
- Is motivated to close sales and deliver results.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to follow established processes.
- Brings energy, passion, and a team-focused mindset.
Bonus Points: Prior solar industry experience is helpful but not essential—we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
