Open to Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant stepping up

Paying $130k – $150k + Super

This fast-growing media company has established itself as an innovator in its industry and has experienced steady growth over the past few years. Based in the Sydney CBD, the company offers a supportive team culture that fosters growth and development.

This opportunity has arisen for a motivated and hands-on individual to join this dynamic team. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the next stage of growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Monthly management reporting

Expense management

Budgeting and forecasting

Variance analysis

Cash flow management

P&L management

Reviewing company tax compliance

Reviewing weekly receivables

Key stakeholder management and assisting with strategic decision-making

Ad-hoc project work

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience at either Senior Accountant or Finance Manager level, ideally with some training at a Big 4 or 2nd tier firm. You will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing both stakeholders and staff, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
