About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business growth. You will manage all aspects of finance independently, including payroll, accounts, and reporting. The role is flexible and can be part-time if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Manage accounts, reconciliations, and payroll compliance.

Provide timely financial reports and insights to support Directors’ decisions.

Implement internal controls and safeguard company assets.

Monitor cash flow and banking relationships.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulations.

About You

Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior accounting role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.
