The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established real estate and property services business with a strong reputation and a clear growth trajectory. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee project finance, transformation initiatives, budgeting, and financial reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and leading a team across both onshore and offshore locations.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant standards
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear insights to support business planning and decision-making
• Manage project finance activities, including financial modelling and performance tracking
• Lead transformation initiatives, streamlining systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and quality of output
• Deliver clear and actionable analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
• Mentor and develop a finance team across onshore and offshore locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Partner with senior leadership to influence key decisions and provide commercial guidance on major initiatives

The Expertise

• CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically while managing day-to-day detail
• Experience in real estate, property services, or related sectors is valued but not essential
• Strong track record managing both onshore and offshore teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
• A proactive mindset with the capability to identify and implement process improvements
