Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner

In this role you will contribute to the commercial outcomes for this leading ASX-listed financial institution through consolidated performance reporting and strategic financial analysis and insights.

Working in a collaborative environment you will champion change and optimisation through the finance function, as well deepen relationships with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of consolidated Group performance reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis and insights
• Strategic finance business partnering across revenue and expense business units
• Monitoring business performance and key drivers
• Financial modelling and complex analysis to support business and investment decisions
• Ongoing enhancement and optimisation of finance function capability
• Team development and mentoring

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Proven background in FP&A or finance business partnering
• Prior working knowledge of financial services and industry drivers is advantageous
• Ability to influence senior Executives and business leaders
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an ability to reprioritise as required by business objectives
