• Provide expert advice on compulsory acquisition pathways under the Electricity Industry Act 2000 and Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986, including their application to the Offshore Wind Transmission Project.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with landholders, Traditional Owners, local government, government agencies and industry proponents to secure and sustain social licence for the project.

What you will bring
• Sound knowledge of the Victoria planning and approvals processes, property acquisition and land use processes, and legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with land use assessments, mapping and transmission siting activities.
• Demonstrated experience in land assembly for delivery of major infrastructure projects in energy or other sectors.
