Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Bayside / Inner CBD (Caulfield Area), this role is based in a lovely and central location.

The role will oversee the management of a very well run portfolio and is very relationship based, so would be ideal for those property manager's who love the client side of property management, particular as many of the clients are high-net-worth.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. With learning and development forming a big part of the office culture, as well as the wider network, this company provides a great long term opportunity.

The property managers are provided with plenty of support, from Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Manager's and VA's and the role is offered Monday to Friday, with minmimal Saturday's and time in lieu provided.

The Property Management Department is comprised of residential and commercial arms and is headed up by a great Department Manager, always ready to assist and promote the team.

The ideal candidate will come from 3 to 4 years property management experience, great presentation and ready for their next career move with a great office and team.
