Salary: $100,800 – $112,000 package

Opportunity available at both Senior Property Manager and Team Leader level, depending on experience.

Salary: $100,800 - $112,000 package.

Portfolio: 160 properties (capped at 175), including 20 car parks, majority located in the office building!

Super convenient: Most properties located in the same building as the office

Monday to Friday only – Saturdays only in rare emergency situations

Work from home flexibility: 1–2 days per week after onboarding (approx. 2–6 months)

Full support: Dedicated leasing consultant + VA assistance

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a well-maintained, low-maintenance portfolio

Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Leading and supporting a small team (for Team Leader role)

Building strong client relationships in a positive, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years’ experience in property management

Warm, personable, and professional approach – team culture is key!

Strong organisational and communication skills

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate & Police Check
