This Senior Property Manager role is to manage landlords, maintenance, and the "back end" of property management with your team of assistant, field agents and VAs to help out with a recently acquired portfolio.

Locally based & owned agency, established team of 20+ staff and great Director who cares. Proficient English and/or Mandarin speaking skills are ideal given the nature of the clientele.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~150 properties
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)

- Car and drivers licence
