Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 195 properties

Minimal admin – full support team handles ECRs, routine inspections, VCAT prep, opens, and more

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a North/West Melbourne residential portfolio

Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Conducting approx. 20% of routine inspections

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Working closely with a supportive, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years’ experience in property management

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

A strong team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and Police Check

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
