🔧 About the Role

As part of our Technician Support Hub, you’ll play a key role in coordinating our Adelaide-based technician team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a mix of scheduling, admin, and client communication responsibilities.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technician schedules and job planning

Support the Operations Manager and Service Team

Organize technician training and site inductions

Manage client bookings, queries, and paperwork

Liaise with contractors and external service providers

Assist with daily technician logistics and task tracking

Generate quotes and sales to existing clients

Oversee staff timesheet approvals

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Provide general admin and phone support

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and confident on the phone. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in scheduling or service coordination

A background in customer service or inside sales

Strong phone and communication skills

Attention to detail and high-level organization

Simpro experience (advantageous but not required)
