We're on the lookout for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant who’s ready to jump into a diverse, hands-on role. You’ll be the face of our showroom, the engine behind our admin, and the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Customer Vibes

Greet customers with a smile and offer top-notch service in-store and over the phone

Help customers find what they need and process over-the-counter sales

Send out quotes, follow up, and celebrate when they turn into sales

Handle orders, payments, and account sales with efficiency and accuracy

Admin Magic & Numbers Know-How

Tackle accounts receivable tasks like processing remittances and reconciling payments

Support accounts payable by matching purchase orders with invoices and entering them into the system

Showroom & Warehouse Teamwork

Make sure the showroom looks fab – clean, tidy, and stocked up

Help out with stocktake and data entry

Pitch in with picking orders and prepping them for delivery

Lend a hand in the warehouse to keep everything in order

What You Bring to the Team:

Great communication – friendly, clear, and confident

Super organised with a sharp eye for detail

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

Happy to work solo when needed, but also a great team player

A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

Experience with MYOB or CRM software? Even better!
