If you've worked in client services or an admin role - especially in the financial services space - you'll feel right at home here. You should be someone that is happy to learn new things and has a keen attention to detail, especially when it comes to preparing compliant advice documents.

If you've used Xplan before, that's a big plus. But if not, we're happy to teach you.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Support for Financial Advice Delivery: Providing assistance to the Advice Team in delivering financial advice and ensuring all related tasks are completed efficiently.
2. Client Service Activities: Undertaking various client service activities to ensure a premium client experience, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
3. Xplan Task Management: Managing the timely completion of tasks allocated via Xplan, ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are met.
4. Advice Document Preparation: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of complaint advice documents, ensuring that all paperwork meets regulatory standards
5. Compliance Adherence: Ensure that the financial advice process is followed meticulously, including the completion of compliance documentation for adviser approval and task completion in Xplan
6. Reception Support: Provide backup support for the local reception team, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming environment for clients.
