We are a well-established rv and caravan upholstery company, delivering high quality products across the caravan and rv industry. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and organised administration assistant to support our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. If you're organised, dependable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
Who we're looking for:
Someone with a minimum of 2-5 years of administration experience, preferrably in manufacturing
Great communication, organisation and time-management skills
Australian work rights are required
Confident using MYOB, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions
Experience with accounting and invoicing is essential
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Intermediate level Excel proficiency including formulas is required
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer service in a timely and professional manner.
Scheduling and assisting the production manager
Invoices, purchase orders and other accounting tasks, including processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation, assist with Profit & Loss Statements and BAS preparation
Following up weekly on accounts receivable
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices
Support the Owner with day-to-day admin tasks including warranty claims
