We support major commercial clients in a range of settings including schools, universities, train stations, commercial offices and more. Our customer base is Victoria-wide, so metro Melbourne and some occasional regional travel will be required.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced White Goods Appliance Technician to join our team. You’ll primarily work on dishwashers, fridges, with the opportunity to upskill in boiling water units, hand dryers, and other commercial appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Service and repair dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and ovens

Carry out warranty and preventative maintenance work

Installation and commissioning of new appliances

Completing services jobs and uploading information, parts used, images to management software

Upskill in other appliances such as boiling water units and hand dryers

Deliver excellent customer service across diverse clients

You will need to hold:

Current Driver’s License

Current “D” electrical license

Current WWC

Clear police check

Plumbing or electrical or mechanical experience preferred

About You

Previous experience with dishwashers, laundry appliances and other appliances highly regarded

Background in plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical trades an advantage

Keen to develop skills across other appliances

Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused

Be able to work autonomously, but can collaborate and work with others when required
