We’re on the lookout for a full-time Blind & Awning Installer to join our hands-on, tight-knit team. You’ll work on a variety of indoor and outdoor installations — from blinds and curtains to retractable roofs and louvered structures. Ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and the chance to grow into a senior or even sales focused role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install all types of outdoor awnings, louvered and retractable roof systems

• Fit indoor blinds and curtains

• Residential and commercial work areas

• Assist with check-measuring and project implementation

• Coordinate extra labour when needed

• Book in jobs and liaise with customers

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory

• Pick up materials, supplies, and parts as required

• Provide general support to the business owner

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade background preferred but not essential

• Presentable and confident in speaking to clients and builders

• Clear communicator and team player

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Flexible and adaptable with tasks and hours

• Competent with hand and power tools

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Can think ahead, problem-solve and work independently

Flexible hours:

Monday to Friday (8am–3pm standard)
