Join a company that values its people and invests in their growth
At Connected Roof Safety, we do things differently. We’ve built a clear, structured installation system so you can focus on what you do best — quality workmanship, done safely. No chasing materials. No chaotic schedules. Just turning up, doing the job right, and heading home.
We’re growing nationally and looking for a skilled Roof Safety Installation Technician to join our team. If you’ve got experience in height safety installations — or you’re a plumber, roofer, or chippy with the right skills — we want to talk to you.
Your Role
Install compliant roof access and fall protection systems (guardrails, walkways, anchors, static lines, ladders)
Work on a variety of sites — schools, councils, FM, commercial and construction projects
Follow detailed scopes and installation drawings
Complete work to Australian Standards, manufacturer specs and company safety procedures
Liaise with site contacts and represent CRS professionally
Keep accurate job notes and photos in SimPRO
What Makes This Role Different
We’ve removed the chaos that burns good tradies out.
Our team works within a structured, well-resourced system:
Materials are ordered for you
Jobs are scoped and scheduled clearly
Support team handles the admin and compliance paperwork
That means you can focus on doing the job right — and going home safe.
About You
Experience in height safety installation is ideal — but plumbers, roofers, and chippies are encouraged to apply
Comfortable working at heights (EWP, WAH tickets a bonus)
Have a current working with children check
Take pride in neat, compliant, and professional work
Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
Safety-first mindset — no shortcuts
What We Offer
$75,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on experience
Fully maintained company vehicle, or vehicle allowance for experienced installers
Full training provided for the right candidates
Ongoing career progression — we scale your pay and benefits as you move up
Stable, full-time role
All PPE and tools supplied
An amazing team culture — we back each other, value our people, and celebrate wins
Who We Are
Connected Roof Safety is a national leader in compliant roof access and fall protection systems. We’re trusted by schools, councils, builders, and major FM providers to keep their people safe on rooftops.
We’ve built our business on doing things properly — no shortcuts, no churn. That applies to how we treat our clients and how we treat our team. We value our people, run a tight system, and are serious about scaling without the burnout.
