The Opportunity

A1 Domestic Appliances is expanding its business and we are looking for licenced, experienced and customer focused appliance technicians to join our team.

You will:

install, service and maintain domestic appliances (e.g. ovens, rangehoods, microwaves, dishwashers, stove tops, washing machines, clothes dryers, fridges and freezers) at the customer's premises

use the job management system to plan and manage scheduled jobs

liaise with the technical and service departments to provide reports and assistance.

About you

Our ideal candidate will:

have a current A, B or D Class Electrical licence (not a requirement)

have a current Victorian Drivers Licence (required)

have relevant rights to work in Australia

be able to read parts diagrams to determine what parts are to be ordered

be able to problem-solve issues with electrical and mechanical components

strong communication skills (written and oral)
