Appliance Services Australia has been servicing, repairing, and replacing appliances for over 35 years. We support major commercial clients in a range of settings including schools, universities, train stations, commercial offices and more. Our customer base is Victoria-wide, mainly metro Melbourne and some occasional regional travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer sites to service and repair boiling/chilled water units

Installation and commissioning of new appliances

Completing services jobs and uploading information, parts used, images to management software

Learn and support other categories: dishwashers, hand dryers, and other white good appliances

Conduct warranty work for leading brands

Provide preventative maintenance and compliance services

This role offers cross-training in dishwashers, hand dryers, refrigerators and other kitchen appliances in commercial settings.

You will need to hold:

Current Driver’s License

Current “D” electrical license

Current WWC

Clear police check

Plumbing, electrical or mechanical experience preferred

About You

Previous experience with boiling or chilled water systems highly regarded

Background in plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical trades an advantage

Keen to develop skills across other appliances

Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused

Be able to work autonomously, but can collaborate and work with others when required
