About the Role

As Manager within this highly driven team, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality advisory and tax services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You will oversee complex projects, lead client engagements, and ensure our team sets the standard for excellence in business advisory, compliance, structuring, and corporate tax solutions.

Main Focus Areas

Business Advisory: Provide strategic insight and actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their commercial and financial objectives. Facilitate business planning, performance improvement, and operational optimisation initiatives.

Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure clients adhere to evolving tax laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. Oversee the preparation and review of compliance documentation and reporting requirements.

Structuring: Advise on the design and implementation of tax-efficient corporate structures, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, cross-border operations, and corporate restructures.

Corporate Tax: Direct the management, planning, and reporting of corporate tax obligations to ensure compliance and optimise tax positions for our clients.

Role Priorities

Managerial Oversight: Lead project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of tax legislation, compliance frameworks, and best-practice advisory methodologies. Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the team and clients through complex regulatory environments.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships. Understand each client’s unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that add exceptional value and support long-term partnership.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in business advisory, tax compliance, corporate structuring, and tax planning, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex advisory assignments.

In-depth understanding of corporate tax law, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, CA/CPA or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
