Working under Matteo Tine, former executive chef of Melbourne institutions such as Grossi Florentino, Bar Carolina and Orlo, as well as Byron Bay's, Pixie. We are on the lookout for another chef to join our small yet dynamic team. Whether it be a CDP or someone looking for a senior position, with a proven team beside you we are open to hiring chefs of varying experience. In this full time role, with a potential immediate start available you will be an integral part of our neighbourhood restaurant that offers a window into the food and wine culture of Sicily and southern Italy.
