The role will involve:

A range of industry-specific assessments and services

Involvement in a range of new and ongoing projects

Case management – building strong relationships with all stakeholders including insurers and medical professionals.

Completion of high-level written reporting

Work across a range of schemes including CTP, DVA, Life insurance, Comcare, Workers Compensation and more

Structured induction and Professional Development

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counsellor (with relevant registration & membership- AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA)

Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired

The ability to work effectively in a friendly team

Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)

Good relationship-building ability.
