We are a busy, well-established skin clinic in Robina, dedicated to providing expert care in dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and skin cancer prevention. With a strong reputation and a loyal patient base, we’re looking for a professional and friendly Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

The Role:
This is a key front-of-house position in a fast-paced medical environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they arrive, while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy

Manage appointments, bookings, and daily schedules

Answer phone and email enquiries with efficiency and discretion

Process payments, invoices, and Medicare/private health claims

Maintain accurate patient records using clinical software ( clinic to cloud )

Support practitioners with administrative tasks and documentation

Uphold cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic protocols

You Will Bring:

Previous experience in a medical or specialist clinic (skin/cosmetic/dermatology a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with medical software use and medicare billing is highly regarded

A calm, proactive approach in a busy environment
